Shipping Fees
Sellers are charged a flat delivery fee of 15 AED per order.

Sellers will receive payments 15 days after a successful order. This ensures compliance with return and refund timelines and maintains buyer confidence.
If an order is canceled, sellers will be charged 2.5% of the order value to compensate for platform and processing costs.
For returned items, sellers will incur a fee of 2.5% of the product value plus a flat shipping cost of 15 AED.
Sellers with an average rating below 2 stars risk suspension. This ensures a high-quality experience for buyers on the platform.
